Building Permits & Inspections

Anyone constructing, renovating, or demolishing a structure must obtain a clearance permit from the Town Hall prior to obtaining a permit from the Pointe Coupee Parish Government Permit Office. Zoning

Please be aware that the town does have zoning restrictions, so please contact this office prior to planning. There are also restrictions on mobile homes.

Mobile Homes

Mobile Homes have certain requirements that must be met.  Please contact Livonia Town Hall for information. 

Rental Property

Houses, Mobile Homes, or Property to be rented must be cleared by Livonia Town Hall prior to rental.
