Building Permits & Inspections

Anyone constructing, renovating, or demolishing a structure must obtain a clearance permit from the Town Hall prior to obtaining a permit from the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury. Zoning

Please be aware that the town does have zoning restrictions, so please contact this office prior to planning. There are also restrictions on mobile homes.
