Building Permits
Anyone constructing, renovating, or demolishing a structure must obtain a clearance permit from the Town Hall prior to obtaining a permit from the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury. Mobile homes must have a permit also. For more information on requirements for a building permit from the P.C. Police Jury call 638-9556.

Please be aware that the town does have zoning restrictions, so please contact this office prior to planning. There are also restrictions on mobile homes.
Business License
An occupational license must be applied for at the Town Hall prior to opening any business and must be renewed each year.
